Jackson - 4 month old

Super Happy Baby During the Day should be Jackson's middle name.  He sometimes has a crying fit from 12 to 1pm but most of the time he is happy and smiling at his sister.  He so loves her.  She can do anything and he will follow her with his eyes and smile and coo back at her.

He is still not sleeping at night.  We are getting a bit better but he still can't seem to settle himself down and sleep longer than 4 hours or so at a stretch. 

Family Photos....Not so much!!!

We were hoping to get family photos taken.  We got photos taken, some of the family, some of Jackson, some of Nora BUT none of the family photos is cute.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE the ones of Jackson and Nora alone and we will be printing them out and framing them.  We went to the Arboretum and our photographer took us to different places to take the photos, the first place had these cute playhouses where Nora would open the windows and smile.  Jackson was such a trooper and even loved laying IN the grass.  I put most of the photos here--which one is your favorite?

Siblings - Holding Hands

So not going to lie, I was afraid when I found out I was pregnant with Jackson.  I had all these questions and fears running through my mind "how am I going to manage 2 kids under the age of 2?"  How will attention-craving Nora deal with another person stealing her spotlight? "How will they get along being so close in age - will they be best friends, or enemies?"  Well, I leave them alone in the room for 1 minute and come back to this:  Nora and Jackson BOTH playing under the baby jungle gym.  Matt has another adorable photo of them on his phone of them HOLDING HANDS under this jungle gym.  HOW sweet....just Trust and all will work out smoothly.
