Potty Training?

We are trying to get the potty chair to be a 'common place chair' in our household.  Nora gets a juicebox if she sits on the chair.  We haven't had too much success, although I know she is young.  But mommy would LOVE not having 2 in diapers!  1 in diapers and 1 potty training would be AWESOME!  Oh well, we will wait until the time comes.

1st RootBeer Float

Is she too young to have a root beer float?  I am sure all dentists would say "YES"...no pop no pop no pop.  Well, we let her indulge--oh well!  She loved every bit of it, she drank it with her spoon, her straw, then from the cup.  It was adorably sticky!

1st Library Visit

We went to the library for the first time this weekend.  I fed Jackson and hoping he would fall asleep, we headed to the library in Chanhassen.  Nora LOVED it.  She loved looking at the books, she loved walking around and seeing ALL the computers, and she loved playing with the train. Jackson slept the whole time-awesome!

Trip to Daddy's Work

We went and saw Matt at his new office in New Brighton. What a hike up there! It was so fun to see all his coworkers and for them to meet Jackson and see how big Nora is. Matt's boss and wife took us out for lunch which was a special treat. The kids were great in the car and it sure was fun to see Matt's cubicle and friends at work.

1st Package in the Mail

Jackson received his first package from the same people that gave Nora her first package.

My aunt and uncle Danita and Harlee sent him an adorable bug sweatshirt and plaid shorts and hat and a cute onesie with a tie on it. They didn't forget dear Nora--she got cool markers and a hello kitty coloring book. So sweet of them to think of our kiddos!

1st Bath

1st Bath for Jackson...Jackson wasn't too keen on this. We filled up the whale tub and brought it into Nora's room for all of us to help in this process. It was a QUICK bath. The last photo doesn't quite get Nora who is trying to get IN the tub, clothes and all!!
